EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At WORD STUDIOS, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We always strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality, design, and fit. However, if your order is not exactly as expected, we are here to assist.
Customers may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Free from any damage caused after delivery
WORD STUDIOS reserves the right to reject any exchange or refund request if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
SHIPPING FEES FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If the exchange or refund request is made for reasons not related to a WORD STUDIOS error, shipping fees will be applied to the customer.
This includes cases such as:
- Size change
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
If the request is due to an issue caused by WORD STUDIOS, including:
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect order fulfillment
the exchange process will be handled with no additional shipping charges.

Exchange or refund requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed according to the original payment method or through a mutually agreed solution.
